Intern | HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) intern will support the HR team in aligning the organization's people strategies with its business goals. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and understand the inner workings of the HRBP function.
What you will be doing:
Support HR Initiatives: Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.
Employee Relations: Help address employee relations queries and provide support in resolving conflicts.
Talent Management: Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and development processes.
Performance Management: Support the performance review process and help develop appropriate corrective action documents.
HR Data Management: Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Project Support: Contribute to HRBP projects and initiatives, providing research, creating resources/trainings, and administrative support.
